Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Employee Benefits Account Manager role located in Modesto, CA. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing employee benefit programs, assisting clients with benefit inquiries, and conducting benefit plan reviews. The role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with insurance carriers and clients to ensure effective benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
• Experience in account management and client relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Insurance industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
