We are looking for a High-Performing Producer to add to our Employee Benefits sales team! You will be supported by great leadership, a best-in-class service staff, a client services team and dedicated marketing. As a Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by following a proven process to win new clients. You will develop and manage an active pipeline of new business opportunities and work directly with other team members to implement strategies focused on improving the clients Group Benefits Program by stabilizing/ lowering costs and delivering an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities
- Active prospecting - Cold calling, social media, networking, etc.
- Establish and maintain a list of target accounts and centers of influence.
- Build a book of business comprised of local and regional clients.
- Using a variety of funding methods and programs, deliver the optimal solution to control costs and provide a competitive benefits offering to their employees.
- Provide transparent, direct, best in class consultation and service to clients & prospects.
- Meet or exceed set minimum production goals annually.
- Cultivate and maintain multiple relationships with all clients.
- Responsible for overall client strategy and client satisfaction.
- Identify problems, summarize, and develop strategic solutions that incorporate the client's mission and vision.
- Educate and advise clients on innovative solutions available to them in the marketplace.
- Keep informed and provide client support on current markets, market trends, legislative requirements and industry changes.
- Present client renewals and claims utilization reports when needed.
- Strict adherence to Company and regulatory privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of business-to-business cold calling (required).
- Great active listening skills: ability to listen, comprehend and react to client needs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
- The demonstrated ability to communicate, collaborate and work well in a team setting; needs to be proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Insurance Industry experience (required).
- The ability to build and develop relationships.
- Ability to work independently and see initiatives or issues through to completion.
- Must be comfortable dealing with all kinds of people and have a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday in Office (This is NOT a remote position)
