- Providing set up of Employee Navigator for product enrollments.
- Serves as liaison between clients, brokers, vendors, and internal departments to gather and implement account requirements.
- Coordinating enrollment system requirements with partner IT groups and third party vendors.
- Ensuring that accounts are set up effectively, efficiently, and correctly.
- Testing enrollment cases for quality control prior to implementation.
- Gathering, analyzing and reporting data as it pertains to all enrollment activity, systems and processes.
- Collecting clean open enrollment data for seamless upload to various carrier databases.
- Implementing control measures are in place to provide service that is effective, efficient, and of the highest quality.
- Troubleshooting system for clients as needed.
- Assist in the setup of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) setup between carriers and system.
- Maintaining compliance with all Employee Benefits service standards and procedures.
- Developing manager confidence in job knowledge, judgment calls, and awareness of current industry trends and developments.
10%Product PresentationResponsibilities include:Accompanying the Tech and Benefits Administrator as needed to deliver impactful system performance capabilities presentations to client and prospect groups.20%Compliance & ReportingResponsibilities include:
- Assist in the production of yearly PPACA reports for new and existing clients.
- Maintaining knowledge of current healthcare laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Thoroughly document PPACA events for each client.
10%TeamworkWorks together with group benefits Marketing team and with entire Employee Benefits department. Manages PTO effectively. Volunteers to back up and/or assist others as needed. Special tasks as requested by Manager.10%DeterminationDisplays commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth in the organization's education program.RequirementsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field; or at least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust be able to obtain insurance licenses and designations as set forth by the organization's education plans.
