Role Purpose Statement

The Employee Experience Supervisor is a pivotal and highly visible role dedicated to shaping a positive, engaging, and welcoming work environment at LSG Sky Chefs. Acting as a key liaison between employees, leadership, and HR, this role ensures that every team member's journey—from onboarding to long-term career growth—is supported and enriching. This position will partner closely with General Managers and Unit Managers to champion employee engagement initiatives, improve workplace culture, and serve as the voice of employees by addressing feedback, concerns, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Main Accountabilities

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Actively collaborate with corporate partners to integrate employee experience initiatives into company processes, communications, and strategies.
  • Partner with CSC Leadership to design and execute engagement programs such as focus groups, surveys, and feedback loops.
  • Drive and oversee the “Buddy” onboarding program, ensuring adherence to program fundamentals, compliance, and incentive structures.

New Hire Onboarding & Retention

  • Maintain ongoing engagement with new hires through routine check-ins and operational interactions.
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups to assess orientation effectiveness, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Lead the weekly Employee Experience Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) meeting, sharing insights, program updates, and improvement opportunities with leadership.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Administer and analyze the Employee Engagement Scorecard, tracking new hire satisfaction, training effectiveness, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide weekly reports to senior leaders, identifying trends, challenges, and training needs to enhance employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for newly hired employees, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, or a related field.
