We're an award-winning IT solutions provider to the Federal government seeking an Employee Happiness Associate to join our project team at a major Federal agency.While primarily remote, the selected applicant must attend occasional in-person meetings in Washington, DC, and live within commuting distance of the city. Relocation is not available for this position.The Employee Happiness Associate supports, creates, and implements many programs and activities that directly impact the employee experience at TCG. Key areas of involvement include new employee onboarding and integration, engagement strategies, perqs management, career development support and advocacy, and ongoing relationship-building and communication with all employees. This role contributes to new initiatives and programs that engage employees, to further promote TCG's strategic goals and company objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with employee survey campaigns, data analysis, reporting, communications, and action planning
- Research, propose, and design new initiatives
- Stay current with emerging employee experience trends and generate ideas for new initiatives
- Manage internal resume database and update process
- Assist with creating and managing internal communications, including intranet postings and content updates
- Manage, refresh, and administer all employee perqs
- Research and manage tickets program
- Manage and implement other programs, including employee gifts, merchandise, recognition, social activities (virtual and in-person), and alumni
- Curate and send welcome gifts and onboarding kits for all new hires
- Schedule and conduct annual employee check-ins
- Participate in employee career reviews
- Foster and create opportunities for employees to connect professionally and socially
- Initiate and support wellbeing initiatives
- Assist with company event planningREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent writing skills and grammar.
- Able to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and information to diverse stakeholders in a remote working environment.
- Able to prioritize and manage assigned tasks and projects.
- Strong research skills with attention to detail.
- Possess creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Canva, Mail Chimp, CultureAmpEDUCATION:
