Job Description :
Respond to Store/ Corporate Managers and District Managers regarding a broad range of employee relations issues on a daily basis. Coordinate and conduct Employee Relations investigations in conjunction with Store/ Corporate Managers, District Managers and LIT. Approve disciplinary action up to and including termination in accordance with company policy. Administer and resolve Employee Hotline calls as needed. Assist the Legal Department regarding the companys response to EEOC complaints, litigation, etc. Serves as a trainer/presenter at various company orientations or training programs.
