Job Title: Employer Brand & Content Consultant Locations: Texas/ Ohio/ New York / Florida or Georgia Working Hours/Shifts: Permanent / 40 hours per week What's special about us? The Content Delivery Lead is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of assigned Employer Brand Advisory content and/or social media projects to ensure smooth delivery and execution that helps build trusted partnerships. We're looking for a social media marketing and content creation enthusiast, either in-house or as a consultant for a fast-paced corporate brand and are excited to embark on or gain further experience in the Employer Brand marketing niche. You have a passion for recruitment marketing, digital and social media, technology solutions, insights and analytics, and staying on top of industry trends. You have a strong understanding of branding to be able to help clients position their company as an employer of choice to prospective hires.
  • Develop content strategies for our client to help them attract and engage their target talent audiences across the candidate journey, in line with their employer value proposition and recruiting goals.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the client's social media needs including executing new content requests, scheduling content within the designated publishing tool, and monitoring comments and engagements.
  • Proactively manage end-to-end workflow of content creation following established processes, documentation, and project management standards.
  • Form excellent partnership with client stakeholders and the wider team and proactively manage communication throughout the content lifecycle.
  • Ideate, develop and write content for a global client to activate their Employer Brand. This includes social media copy (across all social platforms), careers web site copy, talent community newsletter copy, blogs, and more. You will make recommendations for content and branding solutions across these channels and adopt to our client's unique tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative team, partnering with them to create content that best suits and complements a wide variety of creative assets - this could be taglines, social post copy, video, landing pages and more. Includes briefing ideas into creative and managing the process for quality control.
  • Stay abreast of current market and technology trends and capabilities, and provide thought leadership on industry best practices.
  • Analyze performance of content and in order to make recommendations on how to optimize the strategy.
What do you need from me? Must haves
  • Experience working in a large matrixed organization
  • 4-6 years in employer brand and content, ideally overseeing a company's social media presence and content strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, including experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management Software experience (e.g. Monday.com, Asana or similar)
  • Very strong attention to detail with strong desire for accuracy and quality.
  • Creativity in content curation, copywriting, and copy-editing with a customer-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs of the client to match business goals and objectives.
  • Ability to analyze complex information/data from a range of sources, distil key conclusions and provide appropriate and impactful content and optimization solutions.

Working closely with the Client Relationship Manager and Client Partner, they manage and coordinate content and social media solutions through the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against project scope, budget, and the creative brief. They effectively execute strategies, problem-solve, and develop solid business relationships. They have a keen eye for details and quality control, with a focus on 'getting it right first time, every time', while following outlined processes and procedures to deliver excellent customer service.
