Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Law Attorney located in Chatsworth, CA. The Employment Law Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks related to employment law, such as discovery, opposing motions for summary judgment, depositions, representing clients in court, and providing legal counsel on workplace issues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Employment Law and Labor Laws
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal counsel
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Experience in employment litigation is a plus
