An esteemed international firm is currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Employment Litigation Associate in their San Francisco office.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 2-6 years of comprehensive experience in employment litigation, employment counseling, and traditional labor work, demonstrating a strong understanding of labor and employment law intricacies.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California bar, ensuring compliance with state legal regulations and standards.
Duties:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for employment litigation cases.
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assisting with internal investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
- Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties in employment disputes.
- Providing support to Senior Attorneys in complex employment litigation matters, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
Compensation and Benefits:
- This position offers a competitive yearly salary range spanning from $200,000 to $350,000, reflective of the candidate's qualifications and experience.
- A very reasonable annual billable hours target of 1600.
