We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to work out of our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) office.
The mid-level/senior-level candidate will have 3 - 8 years (classes 2017 - 2022) of employment law litigation and counseling. Employment litigation experience will include wage and hour class-action lawsuits, EEO, whistle-blower, and/or trade secrets/restrictive covenant litigation, and employment and compliance counseling experience. Trial management in federal and state courts, including class actions; arbitration and appellate; retaliation and harassment litigation, and wrongful discharge actions are preferred. Experience advising clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions is a plus.
Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, Am Law 100 firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. New York State Bar is required.
All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools. Candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.
