Job Description

The Recruiter in Human Resources manages staffing and recruiting for designated areas and expeditiously fills open positions. It includes all facets of staffing and recruitment mainly in the Bronx Programs, which includes posting/advertising positions, screening applicants, forwarding applicants to Hiring Manager for interview, completing background checks, and maintaining new hire records/reports.

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

Driving, and a valid, non-restricted, driver license is required for this position to be able to attend meetings at the main headquarters in Rockland County and to attend local job fairs which are an integral part of this job.
