  • Responsible for all reservations over the phone or internet, e-mail and handles all associated operations.
  • Increase and optimize room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policy.
  • Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested in line with the Company standards.
  • Following up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team.
  • Handling reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand.
  • Entering reservation details precisely and correctly.
  • Ensuring that information is passed on to the people concerned.
  • Confirming the reservation; taking care over written communications.
  • Communicating and cooperating with the other hotel departments.Qualifications
    • Guest-focused personality is essential.
    • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Experience is an asset.
    • Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Turkish.
    • Additional languages are a plus; French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic are preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Have a courteous and professional telephone manner.
    • Be proficient in computer systems and reservation software.
