End User Device Support- Travel Travel: Minimal, mostly regional travel required Location/Address: North Texas/Dallas-Fort Worth area Project Duration: 3 to 6 + Months Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with 1 hour for lunch. Hours may vary slightly. Travel may be required on Sunday for site visits. Overtime: No overtime. Perform installation, modification, repair, testing, and/or servicing on laptops, desktops, and tablets, including, but not limited to hardware, peripherals, and software configuration as well as barcode scanners. Incumbents service clients on-site in a hospital environment. Replace user desktops, laptops, and tablets at the customer site. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up the hardware, testing it to make sure it is working, identifying system hardware problems, and following any special instructions.
