Job Description:We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Augusta, Georgia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our reimaging effort, supporting the deployment and maintenance of Windows 11 across the campus.

Responsibilities:

Assist with imaging and deploying Windows 11 on various devices.

Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform necessary repairs.

Provide break/fix support to ensure minimal downtime.

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth transitions and updates.

Maintain detailed records of work performed and issues resolved.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in imaging and deploying operating systems.

Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.

Experience with break/fix support.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
