Endeavor Living Casemanager - Empowering Abilities : Job Details

Starting wage is 23.39/hr As an Endeavor Living Casemanager, you will coordinate and monitor services to assigned Endeavor Living participants including development of service plan, implementation of services and necessary documentation. Supervise assigned service staff. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm with on call duties Essential Job responsibilities:

• Providing training and day-to-day guidance
• Assess service needs and formulate goals and objectives for each person
• Providing appropriate casework and counseling services
• Maintaining accurate communication with families
• Maintaining accurate professional records on each individual
• Acting as a medication manager as needed
• On-call duties

Qualifications include:

• Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, education or a related field and a minimum of one year experience in social services
• Experience in a setting with people with intellectual disabilities is preferred
• Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
