Endocrinologist - Tandym Group : Job Details

An office-based practice in Staten Island is currently seeking an Endocrinologist for a promising opportunity with their growing team.About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
• Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, no call
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:The Endocrinologist will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing various endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism), adrenal disorders (Cushing's syndrome, Addison's disease), pituitary disorders, metabolic disorders, and more
• Developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific condition
• Educating patients about their condition, including its causes, symptoms, treatment options, and potential complications
• Monitoring patients' progress closely through regular follow-up appointments and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on changes in symptoms, lab results, or other factors
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted NYS medical license
• BE/BC in Endocrinology (MD/DO)
• BLS or ACLS certification required

Desired Skills:

• 1-3+ years of experience in outpatient setting
• Interest in Population Health Management.
