Position Purpose

The ETS Administrator is responsible for supporting both all PCs, Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices at UniFirst. The ETS Administrator will support the applications on these devices and provide troubleshooting to resolve any issue.

Problems and Challenges

The ETS Administrator will be responsible for all desktop OS devices and mobile devices. They will be required to provide strong customer services while diagnosing and repairing all hardware and application issues residing on these devices. This position will need to have a strong background with mobile devices and the Android Operating System.

Essential Position FunctionsPrincipal Accountabilities

  • Support the Applications, Hardware and OS for all Desktops. Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices. This support is done 95% remote.
  • Strong Knowledge of MDM administration tools like Microsoft Intune or comparable tools.
  • Provide internal customer support to UniFirst Team Partners while remotely diagnosing issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve all issues on Windows and Android systems, and well as Printers, Time Clocks, and misc. endpoint hardware.
  • Create and Maintain Images for all devices.
  • Assist with implementation of IT Projects coordinated by the Manager
  • Setup and Installation of all Desktops. Laptops, Tablets, mobile devices, and Printers.
  • Assist with basic audio\visual support for conference rooms.
  • Travel to UniFirst locations in North America to upgrade computer equipment (up to 25% travel)
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ Years working in a Service Desk or Desktop Admin position.
  • Experience working with diagnosing issues on PCs.
  • Experience with MDM Solutions like Intune, Jamf, or Workspace1
  • Strong focus Customer Service and Satisfaction.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills.
  • Experience working in an Active Directory Domain Structure.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues with remote users over the phone.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems
  • 1+ Years working in a business environment as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Hybrid 50% in office
  • Valid Driver's license
