StrategicResponsibilities:
- Innovative Project Development: Identify and develop comprehensiveenergy projects that align with clients' goals in decarbonization, energy efficiency,building efficiency, commissioning, retro-commissioning, electric vehicles(EVs), renewables, and grid modernization (including battery and energystorage).
- Pursuing New Horizons: Actively seek out new businessopportunities through insightful market research and analysis, focusing onsustainable energy solutions that advance the transition to cleaner energy.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse ofindustry trends and the competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies andmaintain a leading edge.
- Capitalize on Emerging Markets: Identify and seize new marketopportunities in decarbonization, future fuels, renewables, and gridmodernization.
- Strategic Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute dynamicgo-to-market strategies for new products and services that resonate with markettrends and customer needs.
- Forge Strong Partnerships: Build and maintain robustrelationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industryleaders.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industryconferences, enhancing brand visibility and fostering meaningful clientengagement.
- Client-Centric Approach: Conduct regular client visits andpresentations to deepen relationships and promptly address any concerns.
- Data-Driven Management: Utilize CRM systems to meticulouslytrack sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress, ensuringaccurate and up-to-date information.
WhatWill You Bring to the Table?- EducationalFoundation:Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in a related field from a four-year college oruniversity is preferred.
- IndustryExperience:5+ years of proven experience in the Energy and Sustainable Energy Solutionssales industry.
- Market Mastery: In-depth knowledge of energyefficiency, building efficiency, commissioning, retro-commissioning, EVs,renewables, and grid modernization (battery and energy storage) markets andtechnologies.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to successfully sellbusiness-to-business services within the energy sector.
- CommunicationSkills: Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills that resonate with diverseaudiences.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and theMicrosoft Office Suite.
- Driving License: A valid driver's license with a cleandriving record.
