JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Energy SalesReports to: Sales ManagerStatus: Salary Exempt, Full timePay Rate: $45,000 - $50,000 Base + CommissionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Responsibilities include and are not limited to:Develop personal sales plans, process, and strategy that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability as related to the sale of liquid energy.Facilitate negotiation and refinement of detailed contracts between Mirabito and Customers.Constantly service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to visit existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.Adhere to company policies and procedures 100% of the time.Must be independent; highly motivated self-starter with familiarity of liquid energy and related commercial heating/cooling systems.Must possess exceptional communications skills and the ability to project a positive image of the company, product line and services.Frequently work productively with little supervision and possess strong computer skills with the ability to create presentations and maintain accurate sales activity reports.Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to regularly travel throughout all market areas.Be capable of scheduling overnight stays as necessary.RESPONSIBILITIES – Responsibilities include and are not limited to:Generate leads, source and develop client referrals through networking.Schedule sales appointments and maintain sales activity records.Develop and maintain a customer pipeline list and sales report.Ensure a positive relationship with customers by placing sales calls to new and existing clients.Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.Develop sales proposals and present sales contracts.Maintain and conduct product training when necessary.Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.Perform quality checks on product and service delivery and follow up on sales activity.Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.Participate in sales events and maintain professional affiliations with related organizations or persons.Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.Report to work as scheduled with minimal absenteeism or tardiness.Attend job related training and informational seminars as requested.Perform other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS – Qualifications include and are not limited to:Bachelor's Degree preferred.The list of requirements, duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive but is merely the most accurate list for the current job.
