Engagement Fulfillment RepLocation: Buffalo General Medical Center Location of Job: US:NY:Buffalo Work Type: Full-Time Shift 1Job Description The Engagement Fulfillment Representative is responsible for logistically organizing, collaborating, and/or procuring required post discharge medications for patients and/or their family/caregiver. The goal of the Engagement Fulfillment representative is to ensure the successful product acquisition to enable healthy behaviors, disease prevention, and health management resources ultimately to improve the patient's clinical outcome and experience. * This position requires external candidates to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) upon their start date, but candidates may apply prior to completing their certification. Education And Credentials HS - High School Diploma or GED required. AAS - Associate of Applied Science in Healthcare/ Business/ or related field preferred. Experience 3 years of experience in healthcare preferred. 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
