What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Engagement Lead to join our team. You are someone with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, detailed knowledge of datasets like LAAD, DDD, XPO, and enjoy working on complex data sets to solve real-world problems. Your role will involve driving business performance, navigating risks, and developing pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging Emerging Technologies: Solve challenges in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Data Structuring & Modeling: Collaborate with clients to structure and model data for complex business problems.
  • Strategic Analysis: Design and execute analyses to support decision-making, including statistical models and business intelligence.
  • Advanced Analytics Development: Develop tools and applications (e.g., Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx) to improve outcomes and manage costs.
  • Client Data Understanding: Build a deep understanding of client data and processes to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Create operational efficiencies by structuring recurring tasks and processes.
  • Tailored Solutions: Work closely with clients to design solutions that drive performance and impact.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead development and implementation of innovative solutions while mentoring junior team members.
  • Internal Growth Initiatives: Support internal initiatives to enhance company offerings and improve team capabilities

Must Have:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 3 years in the U.S.
  • Experience working on Persistency and Compliance analysis using claims data.
  • Proficiency in patient, provider, and payer-level analytics using claims data.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with strong academic performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for various stakeholders with a focus on quality.
  • Ability to identify and recommend reporting needs and improvements.
  • Strong verbal, written, and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with minimal direction.
