Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with assigned client stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
- Understand the client's business needs, challenges, and objectives to offer relevant SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for clients throughout the SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.
- Single point for major engagement decisions, escalations, accountability and responsibility
Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CyberTech solutions and services to support the client's broader business goals.
- Develop and present business cases, value propositions, and project roadmaps aligned with the client's transformation goals.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to drive new business and expand existing client portfolios.
- Work with Partner (Microsoft, Amazon, Esri, and SAP) representatives to maintain harmony and alignment in the account and at the same time expand the partnership level.
Project Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams, including project managers, technical leads, and consultants, to oversee project progress.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are met while keeping the client informed and aligned throughout the process.
- Provide contractual and legal oversight to finalize and maintain client contracts
- Escalate tricky matters to CyberTech management
- Schedule periodic engagement reviews with key stakeholders.
SAP Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation, providing insights into best practices, new developments, and emerging trends.
- Guide clients through the cloud transformation process, including system conversions, cloud migrations, and implementation of new solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
