We are seeking an Engine Systems Program Manager to lead diverse, cross-functional (and sometimes multi-national) teams that develop hardware, firmware and software solutions to improve the functionality, reliability and longevity of our legacy engine control products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of programs including interfacing with customers, coordination with partners and leadership of project teams to ensure realization of financial, schedule, and technical objectives.

* Bachelor's degree

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Demonstrated experience leading diverse, multi-discipline teams in a high tempo environment

* Proven presentation, data analysis and organizational skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

* Flight critical electronics development and certification and/or qualification experience

* Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

* Experience with negotiations, stakeholder management, team-building, critical decision making, earned value analysis, risk mitigation and opportunity realization

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
