Controls Engineer The Controls Engineer works in cooperation with all departments applying knowledge in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic field. Works under limited supervision. Performance Expectations Troubleshoots robotic systems, using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor / feedback systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics Monitors the operation during the shift and reports the correct data at the end of the shift Responds in case of a problem, ensures that all necessary measures are taken, and informs the support groups Troubleshoots robotic systems using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor / feedback systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics Tests performance of robots and end of arm tooling Installs, programs, and repairs programmable controllers, robot controllers, end-of-arm tools, and conveyors Maintains new robotic systems and PLC progr...Controls Engineer, Controls, Engineer, Controller, Robotics, Mechanical, Manufacturing
