Engineer - Mechanical Component - GE Aerospace : Job Details

Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. Use design software to evaluate technical performance and optimize mechanical design. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Document and maintain records of design changes and test results. Present technical design details to internal and external project stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. Collaborates with others to solve issues.
