Engineer Technician - Pinnacle Hotel Management : Job Details

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for repair, installation and maintenance of the hotel physical plant and its equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum lifting of 50 lbs. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching Some exposure to cleaning chemicals Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking Use safe work practices and report all safety violations and accidents ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment under the direction of engineering management Conduct routine repairs on all hotel equipment under the direction of engineering management The ability to do guest room preventative maintenance without direct supervision The ability to do light paint touch ups, repair wallpaper, drywall and make the items disappear as not to be visible to the normal eye Have knowledge of light masonry repairs Should have basic skills in th...Technician, Engineer, Equipment, Healthcare, Management
