Engineering Intern - Progress Rail Services Corporation : Job Details

ENGINEERING INTERNSHIP FOR SUMMER 2025 Responsibility will include the review of technical documentation and the development of work instructions for the locomotive & engine rebuild processes. Responsible for organizing workload for defined projects with the ability to provide feedback to management and develop mitigation plans in order to support Manufacturing needs. - Analyzes product designs for best method of manufacture; - Proposes and evaluates manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned areas of the plant; - Assist with the development and/or improvements of manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned areas of the plant; - Provides technical support for specific plant operations; - Regular contact with others outside the work group.
