- Manage engineers on 1-2 software engineering teams owning our consumer product experiences
- Leverage your understanding of your teams' domains, stakeholders and business needs to help lead prioritization and scoping efforts
- Facilitate technical decision-making across mobile, web, and backend technologies
- Work closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, operations, and data teams
- Provide proactive coaching and mentorship to the engineers on your team
Technical Requirements
- 5+ years software development experience building modern software applications
- 4+ years of experience in engineering management or a similar position

- Highly empathetic and collaborative
- Demonstrated track record of coaching and mentorship

Compensation and Benefits Base compensation range for this role is $175,000 - 225,000 per year, based on experience level. Posted salary ranges are reflective of NYC and SF market compensation structures. Our benefits package includes:
