Our client, a major Food Processing company is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance & Engineering Team supporting efficient operations and throughput.. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Capital Projects, Ammonia Refrigeration and long term CAPEX planning which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location: Kirksville, MO**
**Pay Range: 135,000-145,000**

+ Work with Team members to foster a safe working environment
+ Collaborate with the Engineering Director to generate resources needed to complete Capital Projects
+ Manage the Plant Ammonia Systems
+ Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Production & Maintenance to ensure a safe productive environment
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelors' Degree
+ 5 years of experience in Food Processing
+ Experience with Ammonia Refrigeration
+ Capital Project Experience
