New search for an Engineering Manager due to retirement of incumbent. This role is near Bells, TN for a leading manufacturer in their industry, client is experiencing consistent growth. The ideal candidate will have min 4 years progressive engineering design in new product development (2D/3D CAD) and FEM experience developing products & assemblies. An early career engineer with BS ready for management or a seasoned engineering manager with an AA degree could be of consideration. Prior experience with welding, metal forming and electrical components pref'd. Strong aptitude for mentoring/coaching of team members with an interest in staying technical and performing design and analysis efforts with the team. Solid compensation and benefits.
