hackajob have partnered with an application and management platform that streamlines construction permitting for builders and owners. We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join the growing team.

Role: Engineering Manager

Location: New York, NY

Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where ambiguity is common.
• Experience managing and scaling teams in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in high-growth startups or SaaS.
• Knowledge of the construction or permitting industries.
• Expertise in testing and performance optimization for web applications.

Offer: Up to $250K salary depending on experience + benefits package
