Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.3. Utilize Solidworks, 3D design, and 2D design skills to create, modify, and improve manufacturing processes and designs.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and alignment with business objectives.5. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and customer satisfaction.6. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process simplification, driving initiatives to completion.7. Manage resource allocation effectively, balancing workload and capacity planning.8. Ensure safety regulations are strictly followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.3. Proficiency in Solidworks, 3D design, and 2D design.4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.6. Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to drive projects to completion.7.
