Engineering Production Supervisor - NESCO Resource : Job Details

Well-established manufacturer in the Capital Region is looking for an Engineering Production Supervisor to help with day to day operations, developing and implementing manufacturing processes, and production control. • Developing and implementing effective, safe, and cost efficient manufacturing processes
• Actively involved in managing continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with the companies EH&S to ensure safe and compliant operations
• Work closely with the maintenance department on preventative maintenance programs, equipment repair, and replacement
• Overseeing floor layout and setting up new production lines
• Managing Engineering and Production employees; ensuring proper training and development
• Working with Senior Management on capital projects

• Bachelors in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Staff supervision; experience overseeing technical professionals
