Engineering Technician - Whirlpool Corporation : Job Details

Communicate with and support up to a 24-hour / day manufacturing operation - Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and program electrical control systems, including PLCs, VF - Ds, and HM - Is. - Interpret electrical schematics and control circuit diagrams to diagnose issues and ensure proper installation. - Interpret mechanical schematics and machine diagrams to diagnose issues and ensure proper installation of mechanical equipment. - Maintain, diagnose and repair all electrical, electronic and mechanical troubles. - Work with wiring, hydraulic and pneumatic schematic drawings. - Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new control systems and update existing ones. - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. - Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions to restore functionality. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Train and mentor maintenance techn...Technician, Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Technical Support, Mechanical, Operations, Technology
