About the Role: Yalgo Engineering is looking for an Engineering-In-Training (EIT) to join our dynamic team! As an EIT, you will engage in a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience in residential and site development. You will be at the forefront of regulatory design criteria, making critical decisions, and providing expert recommendations on infrastructure, planning, and design.

You'll have direct access to our experienced Professional Engineers (PEs) and Project Managers (PMs), as well as frequent interaction with upper management and decision-makers. Responsibilities:

• Assist in feasibility investigations for new project acquisitions.
• Facilitate comprehensive design plan production for regulatory agency submittals and approvals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on site visits, bid documents, and submittal reviews.
• Contribute to engineering reports, design calculations, and innovative design concepts.
• Stay informed about the latest regulations and criteria for local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

To thrive at Yalgo Engineering, you'll need:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Proven success in your engineering courses.
• A willingness to learn, expand your responsibilities, and be self-motivated.
• Some experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office platforms.
• Engineering internship, co-op, or other work experience (although none is required).
• 0-2 years of experience as an EIT.
