ENLISTED PROMOTIONS SPECIALIST - Patriot Enterprises LLC : Job Details

The Enlisted Promotions Specialist will oversee and manage the enlisted promotions process, ensuring compliance with military regulations and policies. This role involves evaluating promotion packets, coordinating with various military departments, and providing support to service members throughout the promotion process.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in military personnel administration, specifically in promotions or personnel management. Familiarity with military promotion policies and regulations is preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Clearance: Must be able to pass a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) background check

Responsibilities:

• Manage the enlisted promotions process, including evaluating promotion packets for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with all military regulations and policies related to promotions.
• Coordinate with unit leaders and personnel management offices to facilitate the promotion process.
• Provide guidance and support to service members regarding promotion eligibility and requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for personnel on promotion policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all promotions and ensure data integrity within personnel management systems.
• Generate reports related to promotion statistics and trends for management review.
• Assist in resolving issues related to promotions, addressing inquiries from service members and leadership.
• Stay updated on changes to military promotion policies and provide training to staff as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the promotion management system.
