The Office of Enrollment Communications and Technology at Lehman College is seeking an Enrollment Analytics Specialist (HEOa). This position plays a critical role in analyzing and reporting on enrollment trends and student success outcomes to support the College's strategic enrollment and retention efforts. The Enrollment Analytics Specialist will gather, interpret, and present data that will help drive decision-making, optimize recruitment strategies, and identify key opportunities to improve student retention and graduation rates. The incumbent will have the ability to think strategically and creatively and will collaborate across Enrollment Management departments to develop reports to support recruitment, enrollment, retention, and student success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree and four years' related experience required. Preferred degree in data analytics, statistics, information technology, or a related field.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary commensurate with education and experience, within approved salary range of $52,267 to $54,313.
