The Office of Enrollment Communications and Technology at Lehman College is seeking an Enrollment Analytics Specialist (HEOa). This position plays a critical role in analyzing and reporting on enrollment trends and student success outcomes to support the College's strategic enrollment and retention efforts. The Enrollment Analytics Specialist will gather, interpret, and present data that will help drive decision-making, optimize recruitment strategies, and identify key opportunities to improve student retention and graduation rates. The incumbent will have the ability to think strategically and creatively and will collaborate across Enrollment Management departments to develop reports to support recruitment, enrollment, retention, and student success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree and four years' related experience required. Preferred degree in data analytics, statistics, information technology, or a related field.

OTHER / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or other relevant software.
• Experience working with EAB Navigate360 CRM (or similar), PeopleSoft or similar enterprise student information systems (SIS) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of enrollment management principles, student success metrics, and retention strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-starter with a positive approach to collaborating with the enrollment team.
• Literacy of Mac and or Windows operating systems, including mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of databases.

CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW

Administers enrollment processes and related functions.

• Collaborates with the management team in the development of admission and enrollment goals, strategies, and initiatives; participates in planning enrollment events.
• Analyzes and interprets quantitative and qualitative student enrollment data to prepare reports for management.
• Recommends and implements improvements to existing technical systems and office operations.
• Serves as a resource reference to interpret and comply with University and College enrollment policies.
• Prepares and reviews student communication materials.
• May coordinate aspects of student entry from point of allocation to include orientation, advisement, and collection of admitted student documents.
• May supervise office operations and/or department budget.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary commensurate with education and experience, within approved salary range of $52,267 to $54,313.
