Reporting to the Registrar, the Enrollment Registrar Coordinator will assist with the daily operation of the Office of the Registrar.
In addition to the CUNY Title Overview, duties include, but are not limited to:
* Serves as initial point of contact for department inquiries in person and via telephone and/or email; responds or escalates issues where appropriate.
* Processes transcript requests
* Assists with student registration
* Helps to clear students for graduation
* Orders transcripts and diplomas
* Performs related duties and works on other projects as necessary.
NOTE:
* Until further notice, work will be performed in a hybrid manner with 70% onsite presence.
* Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred candidates will have:
* Familiarity with CUNYFirst (PeopleSoft) or similar software
* Familiarity with an on-line degree audit/advisement system
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty and staff
* Strong communication skills, detail oriented, logical; ability to multi-task, team player
* Ability to problem solve

CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW
Provides operational support for registration operations.
* Provides advice on academic and administrative registration requirements
* Interprets and communicates academic, registration and enrollment policies and procedures
* Assists with registration and provides information to prospective and enrolled students in registration and records-related areas
* Complies, generates, and updates various reports, catalogs, and inventories
* Maintains compliance with established record release procedures, including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
* Collaborates with College and University offices to address inquires and concerns and resolve student registration and record problems
* May participate in activities related to course scheduling and maintaining course databases
* May monitor and revise the content of web pages and other communication materials
* Performs related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary commensurate with education and experience between $62,689 - $68,245.
