Description:JOB SUMMARYThe Enrollment Specialist Associate is responsible for completing all enrollment forms and activities related to enrolling and maintaining status for all Ground Operations with Medicare, Medicaid, and other entities. They ensure records are accurate and on-going compliance is maintained in accordance with Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) guidelines.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIESMain Duties- Accurately complete all paper and electronic forms for government payors as assigned.- Accurately complete all contracting credentialing requests as assigned.- Gather licensing and other requested documentation from Operations, Legal and Compliance departments.- Manage and track all work in company provided software.- Maintain confidentiality and update company information as necessary.Other Duties- Assist in collecting data and creating/maintaining reports as necessary.- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.- Ability to work overtime as assigned.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Additional Skills & Qualifications:-Education- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Must pass new-hire and department-specific testing:1. Passing of tests is required at 3 day, 1 week and then 30 daysExperience/Skills- One-year previous related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.- Computer skills to ensure proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.- Typing ability of at least 40WPM.Abilities- Ability to calculate numbers, correct entries, and post to records.- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.- Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.- Organized, and meticulous with excellent follow through abilities.- Demonstrate flexibility with shifting daily priorities.- Meet deadlines working within tight time constraints.- Proficient in medical and legal terminology.- Communicate effectively, both orally and written.- General office equipment skills needed (fax, copy, multi-line phone, etc.).- Demonstrate ability to collaborate well with team members.- Work in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.- Exhibit a sense of competence and commitment.#prioritywestAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
