Job DetailsWhat You'll Do:?? Engage with Patients – Educate and guide hospital patients on HIPP, ensuring they understand and enroll in this vital program.?? Advocate & Assist – Gather necessary documentation, liaise with hospital staff, and navigate healthcare benefits to support patients.?? Problem-Solve & Coordinate – Work with employers, insurance providers, and Medicaid to ensure seamless enrollment and continued coverage.?? Leverage Technology – Utilize cutting-edge software and Apple devices to manage patient cases efficiently.What We Are Looking For:? Education: Ideally, a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology ? Experience: 2-3+ years in a hospital or patient-related role preferred.? Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable, with a can-do mindset.? Availability: Ability to be onsite with a flexible schedule to accommodate patients.?
