Today, Guesty has 15 offices and 700+ team members across the globe. We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in the United States. In this role, you'll be a key player in building our presence and driving significant sales growth within the enterprise segment of the booming US STR market.
Responsibilities What You'll Do:
- Own the entire sales cycle for enterprise-level accounts, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct thorough market research, identify high-potential targets, and develop strategic prospecting plans.
- Cultivate relationships with senior-level executives at key accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value Guesty can deliver, addressing specific client pain points and demonstrating measurable ROI.
- Negotiate complex contracts effectively, securing win-win outcomes for Guesty and your clients.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently exceeding quota and contributing significantly to our revenue growth.
- Leverage Salesforce.com to gain valuable insights into sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline health.
- Participate in ongoing market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
Requirements Who You Are:
- A seasoned sales professional with 10+ years of experience exceeding quota in the B2B software or technology space, ideally within the SaaS industry (a MUST).
- A proven track record of success, consistently ranking amongst the top performers (top 10-20%) in your previous roles.
- An expert hunter with a passion for building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations in the US STR market (a MUST).
- Deep understanding of the US short-term rental landscape, its challenges, and the value proposition of innovative property management solutions.
- Adept at navigating complex sales cycles, managing multi-stakeholder negotiations, and closing large deals.
- A strategic thinker who can develop and execute a winning sales plan, manage a robust pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasts.
- A master communicator with the ability to deliver impactful presentations that resonate with customer needs and showcase Guesty's competitive edge.
- A CRM pro, with extensive experience leveraging Salesforce.com to manage communication, track opportunities, and maintain clear visibility into your sales pipeline.
- An independent, creative, and highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead and collaborate effectively.
