Position Summary:

Are you a sales hunter who thrives on closing deals and crushing targets? Do you wake up energized to chase down opportunities and dominate the competition? If so, Select Exterminating Co. wants you on our team as an Enterprise Sales Account Executive.

This role is perfect for someone who lives for the thrill of the hunt, knows how to build relationships with large-scale business clients, and can deliver tailored pest control solutions that businesses can't say no to. You'll be at the forefront of our enterprise division, driving revenue and expanding our market presence in the New York metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

Hunter Mentality & Prospecting:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Build a killer pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and leveraging your existing contacts.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to penetrate key accounts and establish long-term partnerships.

Enterprise Account Leadership:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and go-to contact for Tier 1 enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct daily in-person visits to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Address client concerns with solutions that demonstrate value and expertise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with leadership to crush revenue targets and drive market penetration.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals and presentations that win business.
  • Negotiate contracts like a pro, balancing client needs with company goals.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay on top of pest control industry trends, regulations, and competitive activity.
  • Use your knowledge to position Select Exterminating as the #1 choice for enterprise pest control solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A track record of crushing quotas: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise account management or similar roles.
  • Hunter DNA: Proven success in generating and closing large deals with Tier 1 clients.
  • Pest control experience is a bonus but not required—bring your sales A-game, and we'll teach you the rest.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple accounts while staying laser-focused on the prize.
  • CRM wizardry to keep your pipeline clean and your deals moving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but hustle and results trump degrees.
  • Must live in New York (5 boroughs, Nassau, or Suffolk County).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily client visits.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $85,000
  • Commission: 5% on all new business generated

Additional Information:

  • This is not a remote position—daily travel within the assigned territory is required.
