We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team and drive sales for our data transformation product, Coalesce. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, building and managing relationships with key clients & partners, and developing and executing sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targetsBuild and manage relationships with key clients & partners in the enterprise spaceIdentify new business opportunities and generate leadsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales processProvide regular Salesforce updates and reports on sales activities and opportunity progressStay up-to-date with competing technologies, industry trends and market changesQualifications
7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of successStrong technical understanding of data transformation and related technologiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makersSelf-motivated, curious, process-oriented and results-drivenBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldUnderstanding of data warehousing and platforms like SnowflakeExperience selling in the ETL/ELT spaceCoalesce is a fully remote and culture-first company.
