Notion is an in-person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for three Anchor Days (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
About The Role:Notion is transitioning from startup to scale-up. We are seeking an exceptional sales leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to help elevate our Enterprise segment to the next level. Given the strong subscription and license-based revenue model, building out our sales program is a vital part of our long-term growth strategy.
As our first Enterprise-focused leader in the Americas, you will shape our upmarket sales strategies, channel customer feedback into our product roadmap, and drive revenue growth. You will manage our team focusing on the largest, most strategic accounts to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $330,000 - $400,000 per year.
