Hiring a Compensation Reporting SpecialistEMAIL ME: JCALDERONHER@ACTALENTSERVICES. COMWe are seeking a dedicated Compensation Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and reporting workers' compensation information, managing documentation, and ensuring confidentiality. Your keen attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with store managers will be essential in identifying and resolving issues related to incident reports.
Responsibilities- Collect and report workers' compensation information to insurance and HR departments.
- Follow up with filing, including C240 forms.
- Maintain confidentiality with workers' compensation teams.
- Receive and read incident reports, identify missing information, and determine if equipment was involved.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain logs for incident reports.
- Utilize basic spreadsheet skills for data management.
- Engage with store managers to move conversations along and gather necessary information.
Essential Skills- 1+ years of office work experience, with at least 1 year in reporting/workers' compensation.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or workers' compensation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand inconsistencies.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and claims processing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in retail is a plus.
