About the job Entry Level Administrative Assistant (Remote) In this position you will provide support to the bureaus Administrative Officer. You will be responsible for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Programs administrative duties. The areas of responsibility include records management and procurement of supplies, services and equipment needed. Attend planning meetings, provide support and contribute expertise to the functionality of the bureau. You will independently perform a wide variety of administrative assignments and prepare reports of findings and recommendations for the Administrative Officer 2 and Senior Management. - Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 1 day a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Chester County.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
