As an Entry Level Brand Ambassador at Zion Capital, your main priority is to bring our clients' brand story to LIFE!Our Entry Level Brand Ambassadors act as the face of our company and they are proud of it! We are passionate about building brand loyalty with every customer.Responsibilities:Generate product and brand awareness through marketing and outreach techniquesIncrease brand awareness of the clients we representMaintain a sound knowledge of client products, promotions, and service offeringsAttend mandatory training sessions and conference calls to become an expert on our brand and our clientsDrive and exceed financial goals through ensuring a World-Class brand experiencesEngage with clients, providing them with adequate product knowledge and service insightExecute hands-on promotions of client servicesHave fun and SMILE!Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing positionEffective problem solving, influence, and negotiation tacticsComfortable delivering presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basisAbility to multitask, and adapt to changing demands and shifting prioritiesPositive attitude and willingness to make a valuable contribution towards maintaining our cultureHow WE Give Back:Zion Capital is dedicated to giving back to our local communities through philanthropic events and creating awareness.
