Salary Range: $950 - $1200 per weekJob: Full timeLocation: Dallas, TXResponsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, documenting the process and outcomes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate solutions to customer queries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share feedback.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
