Compensation: $18.43 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry Level Billing Clerk to join our client in Lake Forest, CA. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in billing and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payments over the phone, data entry, customer service, and answering phones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing Payments: Handle inbound and outbound calls to process payments over the phone.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter billing and payment information into the system.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving billing issues promptly and efficiently.
• Answering Phones: Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
