Entry-Level Financial Advisor-in-Training - AdviceOne LLC Careers : Job Details

As a Financial Advisor-in-Training, you will be a part of our growing Advice Team, assisting in the delivery of our best-in-class financial advisory services. It is our team's mission to exceed our clients' expectations by providing an oasis of calm amid the chaos. As part of our program, you will:

• Be introduced to the “real world” of financial planning without the pressure of generating new business
• Learn to build client relationships founded on fiduciary advice
• Be the lead in client meetings
• Focus on your personal development as a financial advisor through hands-on training with our Advice team
• Learn how to solve for an appropriate and customized asset allocation with a client
• Obtain Series 65 registration and all the necessary exams to be ready to sit for your CFP® designation
• Once program is completed, you will start receiving your own clients and have obtained a skill level of an advisor with 10 years' experience

This is a hybrid position, with the current requirement to be in the office 1 day per week. This position also requires 2 evenings per week, while maintaining 40 hours. When not in the office, our team has been set up to work from home with full functionality.
